About The Role
We are recruiting for a Support Administrator to provide assistance to the VP of Barton Operations. The role will be from Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:30.
Main responsibilities:
1. Providing information by answering questions and requests
2. Generating reports for management KPIs and other specific reports
3. Assisting with HR functions, such as note taking for investigations and disciplinary meetings
4. Maintaining accurate records for employee holiday requests/sickness etc.
5. Working closely with management to ensure all departmental performance reports are completed in a timely manner, highlighting any issues to management
About You
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
6. Ability to work on own initiative
7. Knowledge in Excel, creating spreadsheets and data entry.
8. Sending reports
9. Excellent communication and organisational skills
10. Previous experience in an administration function
11. Capable of working in a culturally diverse environment
