We’re looking for a highly organised and detail‑focused Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales team.
This is a key role within the business, ensuring enquiries, appointments, installations, and paperwork are managed accurately and efficiently. You’ll play a central role in keeping the sales operation running smoothly.
Previous experience within home or business security is desirable but absolutely not essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and monitor the sales pipeline from enquiry to installation
* Coordinate appointments between telesales, field sales, and installation teams
* CRM Development – maintain accurate records in the CRM system
* Ensure all contracts and paperwork are completed correctly
* Chase outstanding documentation where required
* Take payments, and confirm contracts are completed and ready for invoicing
* Produce sales and performance reports for management
* Resolve scheduling issues and support smooth day‑to‑day operations
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a sales coordination, operations, or administrative role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Exposure in developing CRM systems, online portals and Microsoft Office
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
* Proactive and solution‑focused mindset
