Offer description

The Jobholder will be expected to have good numeracy and literacy skills (e.g. English and Maths GCSE or O Level Grade C or equivalent). They would need to have proficient computer skills, including data entry and/or Microsoft Office experience and would need an understanding of confidentiality and the use of discretion. In respect of Knowledge /Experience/Skills we would like the jobholder to have the following: Recent customer service experience Administration experience in working in a busy officeenvironment Excellent Communication skills and interpersonal skills (written and oral) Ability to work on own initiative Ability to prioritise work Ability to work on own initiative.
