The Role

Take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, driving repeat business while proactively identifying and converting new sales opportunities over the phone.

Leverage your understanding of manufacturing processes and products to confidently engage customers, identify needs, and offer effective solutions.

Collaborate closely with the wider sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Accurately record customer interactions, opportunities, and market insights.
*
Coordinate closely with production teams to ensure customer requirements are delivered efficiently and on time.

Manage customer queries and resolve issues quickly, maintaining strong and lasting relationships.

Support the day-to-day running of the sales office, ensuring a smooth and organised operation.
About You

Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within manufacturing, construction materials, or a related B2B environment.

A strong understanding of manufacturing or production-led sales processes is highly advantageous.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Flexibility to travel between sites when required.
