Join our dynamic Operations Support team as a Resource Planner, where you'll play a key role in optimising field engineer schedules and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a fast-paced, full-time role based in Warwick, ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving and real-time coordination. Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts scheduled in advance, including: Monday to Friday: 07:30-16:30, 08:00-17:00, 09:00-18:00, 10:00-19:00 Saturdays: 08:30-14:00 (1 in 3 rotation) Shifts will be adjusted accordingly during weeks with Saturday work to maintain a 40-hour work week.Flexibility to work rotating shifts is essential. About the Role We're looking for a proactive and organised Operations Resource Planner to join our Operations Support team. In this role, you'll be responsible for optimising the daily schedules of our field engineering workforce, ensuring customer appointments are met in line with service level agreements. You'll act as a key point of contact for engineers and team managers, providing real-time support and helping to resolve scheduling issues efficiently and professionally.
