Love Recruitment International is supporting a premium, long-established health and fitness club in Sydney to appoint a Sales Manager to lead their membership growth and commercial performance. This is a rare opportunity for a UK-based fitness or leisure professional to relocate to Australia and join a respected, high-performing club with genuine progression into senior leadership.

The Role
As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the club’s sales function and team performance.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading and developing two Membership Consultants
• Driving community, corporate and local partnerships
• Converting inbound enquiries alongside a central support team
• Coaching, mentoring and improving sales performance
• Managing monthly targets, KPIs and retention
• Delivering an exceptional new member experience
• Supporting wider commercial strategy with the General Manager
You will have real autonomy, accountability and visibility within the business.
About You
This role would suit someone currently working as:
• Sales Manager
• Assistant Manager
• Membership Manager
• Senior Membership Consultant ready for leadership
You will bring:
• Strong sales and conversion skills
• Experience leading or mentoring a team
• High energy and resilience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A commercial mindset with ownership of targets
• Interest in relocating internationally
Fitness industry experience is preferred, but strong commercial leaders from retail, hospitality or service environments will also be considered.
