Rhodes is one of the most recognisable names in music. Since the late 1960s, the Rhodes electric piano has shaped the sound of jazz, soul, pop and beyond, used by artists including Miles Davis, Stevie Wonder and The Beatles.
Originally developed by Harold Rhodes during World War II as a portable instrument for recovering soldiers, the Rhodes went on to define entire genres and remains one of the most distinctive sounds in modern music.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Meanwood (Leeds) for a Digital Marketing & Support Assistant (Music Tech). In this role, you will support both our marketing and customer support teams.
Role Split
* Customer support (approx. 2 days per week, primarily software-related)
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
* Building and scheduling email campaigns
* Writing PPC ad copy
* Assisting with marketing assets (graphics, basic video)
* Supporting product launches and campaign delivery
Customer Support
* Responding to customer queries (primarily software/DAW-related)
* Troubleshooting common issues
* Escalating more complex technical queries
* Maintaining and improving support documentation
Requirements
* Strong interest in music production and music technology
* Working knowledge of at least one DAW (Ableton, Logic, FL Studio, etc.)
* Good organisation and attention to detail
* Experience with digital marketing tools or platforms
* Adobe Creative Cloud experience
* Previous customer support or customer facing experience
