Key Responsibilities
* Develop innovative network models aligned with long-term strategic objectives.
* Evaluate network options using advanced optimisation tools and methodologies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure practical, sustainable solutions.
* Lead automated data processes for site-level volume analysis across multiple aggregation levels.
* Construct detailed cost-benefit analyses to support regional strategies and business case development.
* Analyse volume flows and cost drivers to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Foster a culture focused on safety, wellbeing, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement.
About You
To excel in this role, you will bring:
* Proven expertise in quantitative methods within large-scale logistics or consulting environments (PhD preferred).
* Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in supply chain optimisation or network modelling.
* Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing teams toward shared goals while nurturing professional growth.
* Advanced proficiency in mathematical modelling tools (e.g., linear programming) and expert use of MS Excel or similar platforms.
* Demonstrated ability to build automated processes for large-scale volume modelling at various aggregation levels.
* Experience creating detailed cost-benefit analyses for scenario evaluation, including sensitivity testing for capital planning purposes.
* Relevant qualifications such as a Master's or PhD in Data Science, Mathematics, or related fields are highly desirable.
