Your Role as an HLTA:
🔹 Plan and deliver small group interventions and whole-class lessons when required.
🔹 Support students with SEN, EAL, and additional learning needs to ensure progress.
🔹 Assist teachers with planning, preparing, and assessing engaging lessons.
🔹 Help create a positive and structured learning environment for all pupils.
🔹 Work closely with the SENCO and class teachers to provide tailored support.
🔹 Use innovative and creative strategies to motivate and inspire young learners.
Who We’re Looking For:
✅ HLTA qualification or significant experience as a Teaching Assistant with leadership responsibilities.
✅ A passion for education and a commitment to helping children succeed.
✅ Experience supporting SEN students and delivering interventions.
✅ Strong communication & teamwork skills – Ability to work effectively within a dynamic team.
✅ A proactive, adaptable, and positive approach to learning and development.
✅ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
