The Role:
Lead, motivate and develop a Front of House team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Oversee all customer-facing service areas
Manage recruitment, training and performance of team members
Handle customer feedback and ensure consistently high service standards
Support sales, labour and operational targets
Work closely with senior management to drive continuous improvement and business performance
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a Front of House, Restaurant or Hospitality Management role
Strong leadership and people management skills
Experience managing rotas, labour costs and operational performance
Excellent customer service and complaint resolution skills
Knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene standards
A positive, energetic and hands-on leadership style
