Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef position available in a busy restaurant and wedding venue near Truro. You will be working with an experienced and talented brigade, serving all local Cornish produce. The successful candidate will have a proven background of working in busy kitchens, and be able to support the Sous and Head Chef. This is a high volume venue, so experience in a similar position is essential. The venue has a strong locals trade, as well as being a busy tourist attraction.
