Job description - Full Time OR Part Time Line Cook
We are looking for a full time crew member to come and join our kitchen team. The role involves working within a fully rotating and open kitchen, which means you'll get to work on all sections.
You could be a CDP, or demi-CDP chef, or even a Commis looking to improve in the kitchen.
We're all about teamwork and working within a well-proven system that in one of Cardiffs most repuatable and independent restaurants. Our ethos is a small menu kitchen working in a fast paced environment as one team.
The pace and intensity of our venue means you are calm under pressure, can multi-task, work cleanly and are well disciplined with good knife skills and takes pride working in a commercial kitchen. The job will involve working all the sections, from cooking, fryers, plating, prep work, and general duties.
We're willing to train up the right candidate if they have a postitive attitude, able to take on guidance and have a willing to learn.
We believe in positive work-life balance and rotate shifts so everyone gets time-off.
