This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office operations and providing support across multiple departments. What You'll Do: Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, and maintaining records Managing front of house and reception duties Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Support the team with data entry, spreadsheets, and other office systems Manage office supplies and maintain an organised workspace Support ad hoc projects and other administrative duties as required What You'll Need: Previous office or administration experience preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Confident using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, proactive, and flexible to support varying workloads Experience with basic bookkeeping or finance support Familiarity with CRM or database management systems What You'll Get: Competitive salary Pension scheme Opportunities for career development Supportive team environment
