Here at Fyrnwy Equine, we are looking for a Credit Control Administrator to join our team in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. The key responsibilities will include:
* Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
* Prepare sales reports
* Communicate to clients clearly and address their concerns and resolve any conflicts that arise
* Prepare reports on account status
* Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
* Insurance processing
* Fleet management
* Debt management
This is a full-time or part-time permanent role working around 32 hours per week Monday to Friday. The shifts are between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Skills and Experience
* Proven work experience in a similar role
* Experience with Excel and practice management systems
* Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a wider team
* Self-motivated with strong initiative and ability to work under pressure
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude
