We are currently seeking a Store Manager to lead our team in Felixstowe- a beautiful town offering classic seaside charm with modern amenities, a vibrant community, historical sites.

Your Role as Store Manager
As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a passionate team, creating an outstanding shopping experience, and driving store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and Motivate: Inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Drive Performance: Use commercial insight to identify opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with brand standards.
• Customer Focused: Create a warm, welcoming environment that reflects Bonmarché’s values and style.
• Team Development: Support, coach, and develop your team to reach their full potential.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to driving sales performance.
• A strong customer focus and passion for creating a great in-store experience.
• Retail experience is desirable but not essential – we provide full training and ongoing support.
