About the role As an Experienced Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive safe, reliable and person-centred care. You’ll be at the centre of our service delivery — coordinating care, supporting staff, solving problems and ensuring excellence every single day. What you will be doing Ensuring all customer visits are efficiently allocated and consistently covered Coordinating and permanently matching Care & Support Workers to clients Supporting recruitment, vetting and onboarding of high-quality care staff Processing new referrals and preparing documentation for Field Care Supervisors Answering enquiries and being a key point of contact for clients and staff Maintaining accurate electronic and office records Supporting compliance with CQC and internal quality assurance systems Working closely with the Field Care Supervisor and management team Assisting with wages, invoicing and management reporting Participating in the on-call rota You will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards that have earned us our outstanding local reputation.
