The well established Head Chef is looking for a Commis Chef to join the team to help with preparing and cooking meals in the kitchen on a daily basis, cooking with fresh seasonal ingredients with the menus changing throughout the year often with barbecue or hog roasts on some summer evenings. The hotel has a steady function trade which is always a mix of plated meals and various types of hot and cold buffets. This is a great place to learn, the experienced Head Chef is happy to teach somebody how to cook good food and learn new dishes but it is essential that you have some previous cooking experience.
