What the role offers Competitive salary of up to £70,000 per annum A friendly and supportive working environment in a very well-run home / company Support with revalidation Free uniforms and DBS fee paid About the role: Overseeing a portfolio of 6 Homes (Nursing Home General Nurse, Elderly Care, Elderly Mental Health Conditions) Strong leadership skills and an understanding of the healthcare industry. Overseeing all aspects of their organizations nursing services, including recruitment, training, scheduling, performance management, etc. Supervising and evaluating the performance of healthcare staff, including physicians, nurses, and administrative personnel. Ensuring regulatory compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. Coordinating staffing, scheduling, and payroll activities. Applicants for this Operation Manager position should meet the following criteria: NMC Registered Adult Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) and ideally have completed or are currently completing a recognised management qualification such as Diploma Level 5/The Registered Managers Award Have managed more than one home as a Home Manager and/or multi-site experience. Must be a car driver with access to own vehicle Must be a non smoker Ideally lives in the Birmingham and surrounds area.
