Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer for a full-time hybrid role based in Southwark (London), with flexibility for remote work. The Senior Engineer will lead engineering design and project delivery in multiple sectors, ensuring compliance with industry standards and sustainability targets. Responsibilities include overseeing project teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, providing technical guidance, and managing budgets and timelines. This role will also involve mentoring junior engineers, preparing technical reports, and ensuring all projects meet rigorous quality standards.
Qualifications
* Experience in Project Management, Budgeting, and Deliverables Oversight
* Proficiency in Design Software such as AutoCAD and InfoDrainage, Civils 3D experience is a plus
* Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration skills
* Proven ability to work on sustainable and innovative projects
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or a related field; Chartered Engineer status is a plus
* Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
* Experience in residential, highways, energy, transportation, or environmental consultancy is highly desirable
