The Role
A secondary school in Birmingham is seeking a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor to join their team from May 2026 on a long-term supply basis.
The role involves supervising pre-set lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring students remain on task and follow the work set by teaching staff. You will manage classroom behaviour, support student engagement, and maintain a positive and structured learning environment in the absence of the class teacher.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will:
6. Have experience working with secondary-aged students (school-based experience desirable)
7. Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills
