Duties
* Conduct thorough inspections of machinery and vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections.
* Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs and maintenance work.
* Diagnose mechanical problems using diagnostic equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
* Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety standards.
* Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to mechanical work.
Qualifications
* Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
