The role involves managing administrative tasks for OSU, including booking vehicles, accommodations, rail travel, and flights for officers through the MOD's travel system. It requires completing Finance training to facilitate equipment orders and managing the procurement of stationery and consumables via CP&F and ePC, while also holding the ePC for OSU. Responsibilities include scheduling Surge vehicles, maintaining them on Clarity, ensuring mileage forms are up-to-date, and addressing any incidents. Tasks also involve vehicle delivery and collection, supporting the Planning & Logistics Team, aiding the Firearms Training Manager, and serving as Building Custodian for Hangar 2. The role requires monitoring the Planning and Logistics Group inbox, managing actions and correspondence, ensuring proper document storage on SharePoint according to JSP800/JSP441, recording and typing meeting minutes, and possessing IT skills, particularly in Office 365. Additionally, verifying the accuracy of course results from OSU Instructors against Chronicle is essential.
