Role Overview
Our pharmacies offer a range of NHS services, including emergency prescriptions and Urgent Care. The Pharmacist will need to provide NHS and Private services, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be empathetic. Safety, leadership, teamwork, and compliance with SOPs and GPhC standards are essential.
Responsibilities
1. Dispensing medications and delivering pharmacy services.
2. Managing the pharmacy team and ensuring excellent patient service.
3. Conducting contractual and enhanced services following SOPs and professional guidelines.
4. Supporting the Pharmacy Practice Manager in achieving KPIs and performance metrics.
5. Engaging with support teams and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Working Rota
Week 1: Saturday 09.00 - 20.00, Monday 11.00 - 20.00, Wednesday 09.00 - 20.00
Week 2: Monday 11.00 - 20.00, Thursday 09.00 - 20.00, Friday 09.00 - 20.00
Candidate Profile
* Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
* Experience in NHS and private healthcare services.
* Excellent customer and patient care skills.
* Ambitious and driven to meet business targets.
* Proven leadership in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

Valid GPhC registration, right to work in the UK, safeguarding qualifications, DBS check, and enrolment in the update service. Candidates must provide appropriate documentation to verify qualifications and identity.
