Job Description:

You will work with a fast-growing Managed Service Provider as a final technical escalation point in their support team. Primary Responsibilities:
* Technologies: Experience with Azure, 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, Networking, Cybersecurity
* Incident Resolution: Resolve technical issues escalated from 2nd line support.
* Project Rollouts: Manage deployments such as entire Office 365 rollouts.
* System Maintenance: Perform updates, troubleshoot network issues, and apply patches.
* User Support: Assist staff with hardware, software, or internet problems.
* Team Collaboration: Support the wider 3rd line team and assist with complex technical issues and projects.
* Documentation: Record issues, solutions, and system changes accurately.
