Job Description:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to provide technical support to our On Trade customers. This role involves fitting, removing and troubleshooting equipment while delivering exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing equipment at relevant locations, identifying potential venues through leads generated by our commercial teams, responding to equipment repair requests and auditing at required sites, and removing equipment from establishments that are not meeting performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installing equipment and ensuring seamless integration
* Identifying new business opportunities through lead generation
* Providing expert technical support and resolving equipment issues
* Auditing sites to ensure compliance with quality standards
* Developing expertise in equipment maintenance and fault diagnosis
About the Role:
* Clean UK driving license is essential for this role
* Previous experience in a hands-on position is desired, preferably in bar work or as a barista
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to build relationships with customers and colleagues
* Highly organized and able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
* Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
