I’m working with a client whose private residential workload is picking up, and they’re looking for a freelance Quantity Surveyor with solid M&E package experience to support on a live house project.
This is a small, flexible piece of work to start with — ideal for someone who knows their way around plumbing and M&E packages and is happy to pick up a few days’ work remotely, with the potential for longer-term freelance support as work increases.

Freelance QS support on a complete residential house project
• Focus on M&E / plumbing packages
• Review costs, variations, and contractor pricing
• Remote-based role — no site presence required
• Initially a few days’ work, with scope for repeat / ongoing support

• Background in residential projects
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Practical, detail-focused, and commercially sound
