Lead and develop maintenance teams, with responsibility for performance, capability, and resource planning. Work closely with Operations, HSE, and Purchasing to support production targets and plant availability. Act as technical authority for maintenance strategy, reliability improvement, and asset lifecycle management. Promote a strong HSEQ culture across all maintenance activities. Lead and manage maintenance engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to deliver safe and effective planned and reactive maintenance.
