We are looking for a compassionate, proactive and highly organised Mental Health Lead to play a vital role in supporting people experiencing mental ill health to maintain safe, secure accommodation and build more stable, independent lives.

In this role, you will work closely with people who have mental health and housing-related needs, providing tailored key worker support that helps them sustain tenancies, develop independent living skills and move forward with confidence. You will complete assessments, co-produce support and safety plans, advocate on behalf of individuals and work in partnership with local authorities, landlords, mental health services and community agencies to ensure people receive the joined-up support they need.
