A 2-form entry Primary School in the BS31 area of Bristol is currently looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team of staff.

The Role
As a member of support staff at this Primary School, you will work closely with the SENDCo, understanding individual pupils’ needs and building strong relationships with pupils and their families.
The Head Teacher is seeking someone who is reliable, flexible, and has previous experience working with ASD, social communication, and/or SEMH needs.
You will be expected to:
* Collaborate with the class teacher to assess development.
* Maintain high expectations for individual success.
* Create a stimulating and purposeful environment.
* Be flexible and adapt activities based on pupils' needs and emotional states.
* Assess and communicate individual successes and progress.
