The post holder is expected to work between both bases Hours - NHS 37 hours per week Fife Council 36 hours per week Salary - Local Government CO37, £109,285 NHS Board AFC Band 8D, £103, 764 - £108,206 A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Service to join the Fife Health and Social Care Partnership to provide both operational management and strategic leadership for Complex and Critical Care Services as a core member of the Senior Leadership Team. Fife Health and Social Care Partnership is one of the larger Health and Social Care Partnerships in Scotland, serving the diverse Kingdom of Fife on Scotland’s stunning East coast. We provide health and social care to a population of more than 380,000 people and lead a workforce of around 7,000 staff. We support a Team Fife approach with NHS Fife, Fife Council, the independent and voluntary sectors. The post holder will become a member of the Senior Leadership Team and report directly to the Director of Health and Social Care.
