Role Description
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Assistant (PA) to support a lady in Luton living with fibromyalgia, SND disorder, arthritis, and COPD. This role is pivotal in assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and enhancing quality of life. The successful candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and committed to fostering a supportive environment that aligns with the individual's interests and needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Personal Care Support: Assist with washing, dressing, and other personal care tasks as needed.
* Medication Management: Prompt and support with medication adherence.
* Mobility Assistance: Aid with mobility using a stick or walker, ensuring safety and comfort.
* Household Tasks: Perform light household duties such as laundry, cleaning, and ensuring a safe living environment.
* Meal Preparation: Support with cooking and meal preparation, accommodating dietary preferences.
* Social and Community Engagement: Encourage and accompany on outings, including swimming, walks, and museum visits.
* Health and Well-being: Support in maintaining physical activity levels and overall well-being.
* Appointments: Assist in attending hospital and medical appointments as required.

Essential Requirements
Driving License: Valid UK driving license is essential for community access.
