Biomedical Application Specialist
An opportunity is now available for a Biomedical scientist, with an interest and knowledge of medical/diagnostic equipment and processes.
The Application Specialist will be based in Central London, at a newly formed, innovative healthcare provider, who have a focus on improving preventative healthcare, using full body scans and AI powered insights.
Major Accountabilities
The Application Specialist is responsible for providing onsite assay implementation, application support and application troubleshooting
The delivery of customer operator training and coaching onsite and in training facilities.
Perform new instrument and assay implementations through Test of Record (TOR)
Perform on-site assay investigation, troubleshooting and operator training and coaching
Skills & Experience
Medical technology/equipment experience is preferred
Proven track record in a similar position supported by management and customer references
Successful engagement with customers, specifically lab staff.
Strong communication skills
Technical expert for product line responsibility
Strong experience in use of analytical tools and software
Previous NHS or equivalent experience preferred
Education
Bachelors degree in Biomedical Science/Engineering or equivalent
