Brook Street (UK) Limited is delighted to be recruiting a Parts Advisor for our client in Newry.

Primary Duties:
1. Dealing with parts enquiries via telephone, face to face, and e-mail.
2. Proactive sales of parts to existing and new customers, relationship building with customers.
3. Fulfilling parts enquiries and orders from retail customers and our own workshop.
4. Maintaining an efficient stock control system.
5. Parts picking from the warehouse.
6. Monitoring and order replenishment of impressed stock with key customers.
7. All administrative duties associated with parts ordering and returns.
8. Ensuring that the Parts Department runs as efficiently as possible.
9. Ensuring that customer demands are met, and the correct solution is supplied.
10. Ad hoc duties commensurate with the position.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Relevant parts experience within motor factors or the commercial vehicle industry; working within a franchised dealership parts department would be highly desirable.
2. A reasonable level of computer literacy would be advantageous, along with previous experience of using stock control systems.
3. Ability to work as part of a team.
4. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally, in a professional manner.
5. Being accountable.
6. A full and clean driving licence.
Remuneration:
Pay rate will be competitive and dependent on experience. We also offer a fantastic benefits package which includes:

The role may entail the requirement to work Saturday mornings as and when required. Salary can be disclosed on application.
