Care Assistant
Based in Grimsby
Pay: £12.71 per hour
7am - 2pm & 3pm - 10pm
We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our established team providing on-site support within an extra care setting in Grimsby.
You must have the right to work in the UK. We are currently unable to accept applications from individuals who require employer sponsorship now or in the future, including Tier 2 Certificates of Sponsorship.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Supporting medication and meal preparation
* Helping with light domestic tasks
* Providing companionship and emotional support
Requirements
* Passionate about helping others and committed to delivering high-quality care and support
* A reliable and honest team player with a positive attitude
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written
* No experience necessary; we have had people join from hospitality, retail, and customer service backgrounds
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
