Regional Manager - Forestry Sector (North East Scotland)

This is a senior leadership role where you'll shape strategy, drive performance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, sustainable forest and land management services to a diverse client base.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Leading and inspiring regional teams to achieve operational and commercial success.
2. Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
3. Managing budgets and resources effectively to deliver results.
4. Driving innovation and best practice in forestry management.
What We're Looking For
5. Extensive experience in UK forest management with strong technical and commercial expertise.
6. Proven leadership and people management skills.
7. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
8. Professional membership of the Institute of Chartered Foresters (or similar) is desirable.
9. A valid driving licence is essential.
