You will be joining a team that: • Plans collaboratively with shared schemes of work • Uses consistent classroom routines to support behaviour • Tracks progress carefully and acts early • Runs targeted intervention and booster sessions • Maintains high standards of presentation and effort Leadership is visible and supportive, and there is a clear framework in place so teachers can focus on delivering excellent lessons. The Role You will: • Deliver Maths across KS3 and KS4 • Prepare students confidently for GCSE examinations • Differentiate effectively for mixed-ability classes • Use assessment data to inform planning • Uphold high behavioural and academic expectations • Contribute to departmental development Strong pastoral systems are in place to support both staff and students.
