Office Administrator - scheduling / co-ordination £26,780 Basic Salary £500 Annual Bonus Looking for an experienced Office Administrator to handle allocation of work to a team of field-based engineers who are doing service and maintenance calls. This role is initially office based in Harlow, Essex, once trained you can do 2 days per week hybrid. It offers 20 days annual leave, plus your Birthday off and Bank Holidays. Standard hours are 08:30-17:00 Mon-Fri. 1/2 hour lunch break. (40 hours per week), on-site parking is available. The role involves scheduling engineers work, mainly across London and recording all outcomes of their visits. Applicants must have previous experience required in a similar administrative role involving duties like: call despatch / scheduling / planning of site visits, the coordination of parts / materials and accurate record keeping. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you will be dealing with e-mails / the client portal and phone calls, between both the Clients / Customers and the Engineers. You will be required to pass security checks including DBS (criminal records) checks. You will receive on the job training. All applicants must live within a reasonable commute of the office (30 mins).
