You’ll be joining our FalconWorks Systems Directorate as the Project CanDLE Product Owner. You’ll be part of a diverse, prominent team with the opportunity to collaborate with leading technology firms, bringing together online, classroom, and simulated learning to deliver high-quality, efficient, and affordable learning for our customers. Project CanDLE is our technology-led solution to creating immersive, personalized, and accessible education to train the students of the future. It aims to improve the learning journey across a wide range of disciplines, from basic language skills to tactical and strategic operational training. You’ll work with Air Sector Service Delivery Units, FalconWorks Systems and Platform teams, as well as key external partners, to define and develop solutions in accordance with current and future customer requirements. There may be opportunities to travel within the UK and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
What you’ll be doing:
* Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product plans/specifications.
* Work closely with the Product PM as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, providing clear guidance and clarifications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project management, design, engineering, IM&T, and business development to ensure seamless product delivery.
* Lead sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and stakeholder reviews.
Your skills and experiences:
* Understanding of training management systems.
* Requirement management experience.
* Experience with systems design and integration.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
* Knowledge of disruptive innovation and entrepreneurship.
