Step 1: Relaxed telephone interview Just a casual chat to get to know each other. No pressure, no prep required, and absolutely no trick questions like “where do you see yourself in five years?” (Unless it’s owning a dog café or headlining Glastonbury—then we definitely want to know.) Step 2: Fun group interview You’ll join a group session with other candidates and get a feel for our team. We’ll throw in some activities and chances to show off your personality.
