The Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist classroom teachers by supporting individual or small groups of pupils, helping to create a focused and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Support pupils with learning tasks and activities. Assist with classroom management and organisation. Help prepare and supervise learning materials. Support children with additional needs where required. Encourage positive behaviour and promote inclusion. Requirements: Experience working with children in an educational or care setting is preferred but not essential. Good communication skills and a caring attitude. Willingness to support pupils with a range of abilities. Reliable and flexible approach to work. DBS clearance (or willingness to apply via Teaching Personnel).
