Cover Supervisor – Basingstoke

The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring continuity of learning when teachers are absent. You’ll manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies and create a positive, focused and engaging learning environment for students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
You may also support students with special educational needs (SEN), providing additional guidance to help them stay on track and achieve their potential.

* Can support students with SEN or additional needs
* Possess strong communication skills and build positive relationships
* Show a genuine enthusiasm for supporting and inspiring young people
