Shift Pattern
* Early Shifts: 7am-2.30pm
* Late shifts: 2.30pm-10pm
* Night cover may also be required
* Full flexibility required, including weekends
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting individuals with daily living and personal goals
* Encouraging independence and community involvement
* Providing emotional and practical support
* Collaborating with a close‑knit, caring team
