Express Recruitment are looking for a Project Manager to join a team of professionals at one of the UK's pioneering engineering companies that deal with Automation and Control Systems. They promote a diverse working environment built on trust, respect and appreciation.
The successful candidate will collaborate with Directors and clients to lead on projects, develop project plans and assign tasks. Therefore this role requires candidates to have solid project management experience and the ability to complete project documentation and financial reports.
In return our client is offering a competitive starting salary of up to c£55,000 per annum D.O.E and a generous benefits package including flexible working hours, birthdays off with pay and a company-paid fund for activities with friends and family.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Lead end to end delivery of software implementation, migration and integration projects
* Ensure on time and on budget outcomes across all assignments
* Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations as the primary point of contact
* Apply Agile and LEAN methodologies to drive continuous improvement
* Own project budgets, forecasting and reporting for senior stakeholders
* Oversee resource and capacity planning while ensuring strong data governance
Skills & Experience
* Degree in Business Management, IT or a related discipline
* PRINCE2 Practitioner certified
* Agile Practitioner accreditation
* Proven experience delivering projects within a SaaS or engineering-led environment
* Demonstrated background in change management and complex transformation programmes
* Strong stakeholder management experience including handling escalations
* Full clean UK driving licence is essential due to site travel
