About the Role:
The Drug and Alcohol Worker will be an integral member of the dynamic multi-agency team providing harm reduction advice, needle exchange provision, crisis case management, Single Point of contact cover and developing and delivering comprehensive and tailored individual interventions that will include delivery of a full range of open access, structured, one to one and group support.
The post holder will be expected to work closely with appropriate partners and stakeholders within office based, community and outreach settings.
About you...
 1. Knowledge and understanding f the issues caused by substance misuse. 
 2. Experience of delivering 1-1 and group interventions.
 3. Ability to carry out assessment and contribute to recovery and risk management plans. 
 4. Ability to work with people with multiple needs and those who are vulnerable.
 5. Ability to appropriately deal with complex queries.
 6. A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care.
