Job Title: Primary Tutor

Job Duties:
* Deliver engaging and effective primary level tuition in various subjects
* Assess students' learning needs and develop tailored learning plans
* Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to parents and stakeholders
* Collaborate with other educators to enhance teaching methods and resources
* Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Proven experience in teaching primary level students
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Education:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
* At least 2 years of experience in primary education
Knowledge and Skills:
* Deep understanding of primary curriculum and educational best practises
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles
* Proficiency in using educational technology and resources
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education or relevant field
* Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN)
Working Conditions:
* Work hours may vary but generally fall within regular school hours
* Classroom-based teaching with occasional remote or online sessions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
