Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for residential and commercial customer enquiries
* Handle pre-qualified inbound and outbound sales calls
* Convert warm leads into completed sales
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and lead partners
* Manage and track opportunities using a CRM system
* Follow up leads and maintain accurate customer records
* Work closely with marketing, customer support and installation teams
* Produce customer quotes using solar design software
* Report on sales performance and activity
About You
* Proven sales experience (renewables or energy experience beneficial)
* Confident, professional phone manner
* Organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable using CRM systems
* Willing to attend customer meetings when required
