Day to day your job will involve Scheduling Deliveries for Customers Liaising with Haulage companies to ensure these take place Dealing with customer enquiries as needed To be a successful Transport Co Ordinator you will need Excellent verbal and written communication skills this is a people job A good level of computer and numeric literacy Ms Excel in particular Experience working within a Manufacturing Supply Chain ideally in a logistics / delivery function In return for fulfilling the role of Transport Co Ordinator our client can offer excellent long-term prospects as a result of both their full order book and their being part of a wider group with no barriers to internal moves and promotions.
