Base pay range Marketing Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Location: London, UK - 3 days in office
We're partnered with a luxury fashion brand who are looking for a Marketer to own and elevate the brand marketing strategy.
This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of marketing, PR, influencer partnerships, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the overarching marketing strategy encompassing product launches, campaigns, PR, social media, and e-commerce.
Develop and manage strategic brand collaborations, from initial pitching to successful execution.
Ensure robust retail marketing support by working collaboratively with key wholesale clients to maintain a strong brand presence both in-store and online.
Lead and mentor the Content & Social Media Manager, ensuring all content effectively aligns with brand objectives and guidelines.
Oversee and track the marketing budget, working in close partnership with Commercial to manage spending and ensure ROI.
Develop and maintain the comprehensive PR & Marketing calendar, ensuring seamless alignment and effective execution of all campaigns.
What We're Looking For:
Proven and demonstrable experience in a similar role, ideally within the fashion, footwear, or luxury industry.
Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies.
A proactive and hands-on approach with the capacity to strategically balance long-term brand growth objectives with short-term performance goals.
