The Star Central team includes experts from various professional backgrounds, working together to provide excellent support to the Star community. We aim to support our schools in achieving educational and operational excellence and fostering a strong Star community to nurture young people and inspire future leaders.
We are seeking a Behaviour Strategy Lead to champion and embed our “Behave Like a STAR” policy across our schools. This pivotal role is ideal for someone passionate about behaviour and inclusion, skilled in influencing change, and capable of driving improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support senior leaders in implementing the “Behave Like a STAR” strategy effectively.
* Deliver training and coaching to staff at all levels.
* Support the delivery of Team Teach training.
* Conduct behaviour reviews and develop tailored action plans.
* Hold colleagues accountable for progress and outcomes.
* Work with school leadership to align with whole-school improvement priorities.
What We're Looking For:
* A confident professional with proven behaviour leadership experience.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate.
* Experience in delivering training and collaborating with senior leaders.
* Deep understanding of behaviour management, inclusion, and safeguarding.
* Relevant qualifications and experience to operate at a trust level.
