* Has experience in a similar role or with individuals with disabilities (desirable)
* Is confident working with challenging behaviour
* Can provide 1:1 or 2:1 support tailored to individual needs
* Demonstrates strong behaviour management and communication skills
* Is proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic
* Is committed to inclusion and continuous learning
